I am selling my 2001 Monterey. It is a 180 Edge (18') bowrider in excellent condition. I just got a brand new bimini top, new stereo speakers in front and back, new trim tabs, new depth and fish finder, new battery, and new propeller. It has barely any hours on it at all. I would say less than 40 total. I am the 3rd owner, but I know the other 2 and they pretty much never used it. The second owner had some major health problems within 2 months of buying it and just had it for years without being able to use it. I picked it up from him last year to help him out, and I honestly hate to sell it. The only reason I am selling it is because I drive a 2500 diesel pickup that gets about 15 mpg and the cost of diesel is killing me. I am going to sell the boat to buy a smaller car that is good on gas to drive for work. My family isn't very happy with this decision, but driving 2000 miles a month for work gets expensive when diesel is $4.14 a gallon around here. Anyway, this boat runs perfect! It is probably the quietest v6 boat you'll hear. It does have the 4.3L Mercruiser V6, large (just reupholstered) sun pad in the back, swim platform with ladder, 2 bimini tops (1 brand new and 1 that hooks to the windshield and goes over the front seats in case of rain. I've only taken it out 3 times for less than 4 hrs total. It also has a newer tennessee trailer that has a removable tongue, which make it fit perfectly in my garage without having to turn it sideways. It has not has any problems at all. It has always been garage kept and I had it winterized just for good measure because the 1st 2 owners always did and I didn't want to risk it. I will also throw in a bunch (I think 6 or 7) life jackets several of which are brand new, brand new ski and tube ropes, ear muffs, boat cover, oil pump tool for changing outdrive oil, bumpers, flare gun, anchors, and other misc items with full price offer. May also throw in a brand new HUGE 4 person tube that was over $200. You can call me at 919-539-4461 to set up a time to come see it. I will only sell this to someone in person with cash. I have the title in hand for both the boat and trailer. NADA value is $8,750 without all the extras so I think this is a very fair price. Please don't try to lowball me.
